Luca Notaro is a European-American under 18 Basketball player who currently plays for Chelsea Piers Evolution known as CPE also he has also played for Steady Buckets and also on the Jr. Knicks basketball team and has passions for him making the NBA in the near future. Luca has said before quote " If I don't make the NBA I would be happy to play overseas in Finland or China" he says there is a lot more to come this is the beginning of my journey and also trying to be the best person on and off the court.
