Luca Lin (born in 1993 or 1994) is an Italian fashion designer known for founding the brand Act Nº 1.
Biography
The designer has Chinese origins.
Act Nº1
Act Nº1 was created in 2016 in Reggio Emilia; in 2017 it won a competition for the first time, Who is On the Next. In 2018 it appeared in the list of "eight brands that are redefining contemporary fashion" according to Vogue America. In 2022 it collaborated with the National Chamber of Italian Fashion on the occasion of Support Young Designers. Among the celebrities who have shown interest in the brand, Beyoncé used a dress from the same to promote Tiffany & Co. Summer Renaissance. Others interested include Sharon Stone, Lizzo, Lady Gaga, Zara Larsson, Dua Lipa, Rita Ora and Ellie Goulding.
The spring/summer 2022/2023 collection takes part in the 2023 Milan Fashion Week.
The autumn/winter 2024/2025 collection takes part in the Milan Fashion Week in February 2024.
