Early Career

Louise Bailey was born and raised in Hornchurch, East London. At the age of 13, she began working as a Saturday assistant in a local hair salon, discovering her passion for hairdressing. She left school at 15 to pursue hairdressing full-time, working her way up from assisting to styling.

In 2002, Bailey began working with hair extensions as the industry was evolving. She started as a freelance stylist in Essex, offering extension services to private clients. Over the next decade, she developed her techniques and gained a clientele. In 2014, she moved to Central London to work at Four London[11][5],[12] a hair salon in Mayfair.

Then taking her experience and knowledge further, Bailey went on to develop the Extension Professional[4] brand, which provided clip-in extensions[2] and training for stylists. She also co-develop Beauty Club London,[13] a hair extension salon in Central London where she provides hair colouring and extensions[14][8][12][15]

Bailey has collaborated with establishments such as Harrods Hair & Beauty Salon,.[16] to provide education and training for application methods. She has also served as a judge for hair extension competitions[7]and contributed to the industry's development by creating new extension products and techniques[5]
