Lorawal is a small village of 740 hectares in Aspur Tehsil in Dungarpur district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Lorawal depends on Sagwara, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 3.00% of the total supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, One canal and Two springs. Lorawal is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Lorawal's pin code is 314022[4], and village code is 03328100. The area of Lorawal is segregated as 139 hectares irrigated area, 54 hectares unirrigated, the 104 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 264 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Sagwara and Dungarpur to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
