Lootoo is a small village of 1374 hectares in Jhunjhunu Tehsil in Jhunjhunu district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Lootoo depends on Jhunjhunu, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, which is 5.06% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Lootoo is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Lootoo's pin code is 333001[4], and village code is 00675300. The area of Lootoo is segregated as 5.06 hectares irrigated area, 1265.88 hectares unirrigated, the 73.86 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 29.2 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Lootoo is a census village in the district of Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 3096 and has total administration over 559 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Jhunjhunu to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
