Loombawas is a small village of 447 hectares in Gudha Malani Tehsil in Barmer district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Loombawas depends on BARMER, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, Two Wells supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Loombawas is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tap. Loombawas's pin code is 344031[4], and village code is 02199700. The area of Loombawas is segregated as 239 hectares irrigated area, 173 hectares unirrigated, the 14.77 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 20 hectare area not available for cultivation.
