Loharwara is a small village of 1039 hectares in Peeplu Tehsil in Tonk district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Loharwara depends on Tonk, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, One tank, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, One canal and Two springs. Loharwara is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Loharwara's pin code is 304801[4], and village code is 02605400. The area of Loharwara is segregated as 540.72 hectares irrigated area, 111.81 hectares unirrigated, the 219.2 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 166.93 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Tonk to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
