Lohariya is a small village of 1015 hectares in Garhi Tehsil in Banswara district, also known as City of Hundred Islands in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Lohariya depends on Partapur, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, One canal and Two springs. Lohariya is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Lohariya's pin code is 327605[4], and village code is 03408100. The area of Lohariya is segregated as 187 hectares irrigated area, 182 hectares unirrigated, the 245 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 314 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Lohariya has One post office (Luharia S.O) and One Hundred Twenty Seven public telephones. The village is connected with a single bus service. Lohariya is a census village in the district of Banswara, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 5416 and has total administration over 1105 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Partapur and Banswara to sell iron utencil and make their living.
