Lohariya is a small village of 479 hectares in Bari Sadri Tehsil in Chittorgarh district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Lohariya depends on Begun, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, One canal and Two springs. Lohariya is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Lohariya's pin code is 312603[4], and village code is 03549200. The area of Lohariya is segregated as 27 hectares irrigated area, 108 hectares unirrigated, the 255 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 89 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Begun and Chittorgarh to sell ghee and make their living.
