Liam Moore (born 28 June 1995) is an English Rugby League referee. He has refereed at the Rugby League World Cup and refereed multiple finals including the Challenge Cup Finals in 2020 and 2021 and Super League Grand Finals in 2021 and 2022.[1]

Moore has been a member of the RFLs full-time referee squad since 2017 and graduated from University with a Law Degree.[2]

He was appointed to referee the Challenge Cup Final between Leeds Rhinos and Salford Red Devils in 2020 at the age of 25, making him the youngest referee ever to referee the final.[3]

In 2021 he was appointed to the IRL Elite International Referees panel.[4]

Moore was born in Billinge, Wigan.

His younger brother Aaron is also a Rugby League referee, officiating in Super League and Championship.[5]

He was promoted to Grade 1 Referee in 2015 refereeing in the Chanpionship as well as touch judging in Super League. Moore touch judged both the 2018 and 2019 Challenge Cup Finals as well as the England v New Zealand 2018 test series.[6]
