Lee Ja-hyung (Korean: 이자형; born 1957) is a South Korean chemical engineer and business executive. He served as the first CEO of Lotte Advanced Materials (now Lotte Chemical Advanced Materials) from 2016 to 2022.

Career
Lee began his career in the chemical industry in 1981.
- 1981: Joined Cheil Industries.
- 2012–2015: Head of Uiwang R&D Center, Cheil Industries.
- 2016: Appointed as the first CEO of Lotte Advanced Materials following Lotte Group's acquisition of Samsung's chemical division. [2]
- 2016–2022: Served as CEO of Lotte Advanced Materials.
- 2023–Present: Advisor to the company.
