Lawadar is a small village of 1125 hectares in Tonk Tehsil in Tonk district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Lawadar depends on Tonk, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, Two Wells supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Lawadar is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Lawadar's pin code is 304001[4], and village code is 02641200. The area of Lawadar is segregated as 164.17 hectares irrigated area, 644.85 hectares unirrigated, the 223.11 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 92.89 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Lawadar is a census village in the district of Tonk, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 1449 and has total administration over 377 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Tonk to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
