Laurent Guinard, born on January 21, 1960, is a French entrepreneur and former healthcare professional. He began his career as an anesthesia nurse in the French Navy at Sainte-Anne in Toulon. After completing his military service as the youngest Senior Non-Commissioned Officer Major Nurse of the Alpine Hunters in Annecy at the age of 18, he worked at the Assistance Publique - Hôpitaux de Paris (AP-HP) from January 1980 to December 1985. He then returned to his hometown in Ardèche to be with his family.

After his experience in the healthcare sector, Guinard embarked on a new path as a director and educator. He pursued studies in this field and eventually acquired a center dedicated to the educational and developmental needs of children and adolescents. Over a period of seven years, from January 1986 to December 1992, Guinard, along with a team of 35 dedicated teachers, provided guidance and support to 140 young people, creating an environment conducive to their growth and development.

In addition to this role, he served as the president of several voluntary associations in the cultural, sports, journalistic, community, and commercial domains.

After selling his center, Guinard made a pivotal decision to change his professional direction. He embarked on acquiring struggling hotels, bars, and restaurants with the intention of converting some of these establishments into apartments for tourist accommodation. Moreover, he revitalized bars and restaurants by infusing them with a distinctive style before reselling them. This marked the beginning of his career in real estate when he opened his first agency in France before permanently settling in Morocco.

In 1999, Guinard established Archimmo Coach Maroc, a family real estate company offering a range of services to local and international clients.

Furthermore, Guinard's passion for promoting tourism in Morocco led him to create Infos Tourisme Maroc, a voluntary project. This initiative aims to collect and disseminate valuable tourist information about the country's 12 regions. Guided by his vision and supported by a team of young Moroccans, Infos Tourisme Maroc strives to provide visitors with essential information for a pleasant stay.

Additionally, Guinard created another voluntary website, OT El Jadida, a website designed to provide visitors with essential information about tourist attractions, accommodations, restaurants, events, and activities available in El Jadida and the surrounding region.
