Louis Laurent Bazelais (June 20, 1770 – January 6, 1826) was a Brigadier General in the Indigenous Army (l’Armée Indigène) of Saint Domingue, Aide-de Camp to General Jean-Jacques Dessalines, and signer of Haiti’s Declaration of Independence.[1][2]
