Lasani is a small village of 2127 hectares in Deogarh Tehsil in Rajsamand district, known for Rajsamand Lake, an artificial lake created in the 17th century by Rana Raj Singh in the state of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Lasani depends on DEOGARH, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, which is 5.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, Two canals and Two springs. Lasani is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Lasani's pin code is 313331[4], and village code is 02971500. The area of Lasani is segregated as 296 hectares irrigated area, 514 hectares unirrigated, the 350 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 876 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Lasani is a census village in the district of Rajsamand, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 4712 and has total administration over 1023 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of DEOGARH and Rajsamand to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
