Lamba Khurd is a small village of 661 hectares in Todaraisingh Tehsil in Tonk district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Lamba Khurd depends on Kekri, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Lamba Khurd is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Lamba Khurd's pin code is 304502[4], and village code is 02646800. The area of Lamba Khurd is segregated as 1.23 hectares irrigated area, 502.28 hectares unirrigated, the 105 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 52.77 hectare area not available for cultivation.
