Laman Palma was an Mexican athlete. He ran marathons for Brigham Young University and was qualified to run in the 1976 Summer Olympics, in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, for Team Mexico.[1]

Palma went to Brigham Young University and was on the track and field team.[2] He ran the marathon event.[3][4]

Palma ran in the Boston marathon in 1976,[5] with a run time of 2:37:47.[6]

Personal life

Palma is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.[7]
