Lalsar is a small village of 438 hectares in Sri Madhopur Tehsil in Sikar district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Lalsar depends on Khandela, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Lalsar is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Lalsar's pin code is 332709[4], and village code is 01723900. The area of Lalsar is segregated as 89.24 hectares unirrigated, the 38.51 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 103.16 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Khandela and Sikar to sell ghee and make their living.
