Lalchandpura is a small village of 299 hectares in Jaipur Tehsil in Jaipur district, also known as the Pink City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Lalchandpura depends on Jaipur, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, Two Wells supply, which is 180.38% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Lalchandpura is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Lalchandpura's pin code is 302012[4], and village code is 01559500. The area of Lalchandpura is segregated as 180.38 hectares irrigated area, 66.44 hectares unirrigated, the 26.99 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 24.7 hectare area not available for cultivation.
