Lahokhar is a small village of 311 hectares in Auraiya Tehsil in Auraiya district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Lahokhar depends on Dibiyapur (NP) , the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, One tank, One tubewell and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers,One canal and Two springs. Lahokhar is also surrounded byTwo lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Lahokhar's pin code is 206244[4], and village code is 04149200. The area of Lahokhar is segregated as 187 hectares irrigated area, 12 hectares unirrigated area. the 52 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves) and remaining 59 hectare area not available for cultivation.
