Ladsar is a small village of 334 hectares in Jhunjhunu Tehsil in Jhunjhunu district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Ladsar depends on MUKANDGARH, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, Two Wells supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Ladsar is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Ladsar's pin code is 333041[4], and village code is 00685700. The area of Ladsar is segregated as 19 hectares irrigated area, 253 hectares unirrigated, the 52 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 10 hectare area not available for cultivation.
