Ladiya is a small village of 159 hectares in Tijara Tehsil in Alwar district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Ladiya depends on BHIWADI, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, One tank, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Ladiya is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Ladiya's pin code is 301707[4], and village code is 00802600. The area of Ladiya is segregated as 89 hectares irrigated area, 40 hectares unirrigated, the 10 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 7 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of BHIWADI and Alwar to sell ghee and make their living.
