In 2007, Laboratoire Dr Renaud opened a manufacturing and R&D facility in Laval, Quebec.[3] In 2009, it was acquired by Valeant Pharmaceuticals (now Bausch Health) before later becoming part of Crescita Therapeutics Inc.
