Kutubpur is a small village of 41.41 hectares in Ballia Tehsil in Ballia district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Kutubpur depends on BAKSAR, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One Well supply and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tap. Kutubpur's pin code is 277501[4], and village code is 09207300. The area of Kutubpur is segregated as 10.08 hectares irrigated area, 12.55 hectares unirrigated area. the 0.02 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves) and remaining 16.683 hectare area not available for cultivation.
