Kunjer is a small village of 1587 hectares in Atru Tehsil in Baran district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Kunjer depends on Baran, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 955.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, Two canals and Two springs. Kunjer is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Kunjer's pin code is 325207[4], and village code is 03883400. The area of Kunjer is segregated as 955 hectares irrigated area, 239 hectares unirrigated, the 135 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 258.12 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Baran to sell earthen pot and make their living.
