Kundi is a small village of 1505 hectares in Atru Tehsil in Baran district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Kundi depends on Baran, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 529.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Kundi is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Kundi's pin code is 325219[4], and village code is 03893000. The area of Kundi is segregated as 529 hectares irrigated area, 379 hectares unirrigated, the 51 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 271.59 hectare area not available for cultivation.
