Kundan Kumar Srivastava (born 03 July 1991), known professionally as Kundan Srivastava is an Indian human rights activist,[1][2] politician and member of the Plurals Party from Bihar[3]. He contested the 2020 Bihar Legislative Assembly election from 10th Raxaul (Vidhan Sabha constituency).[4][5]

Srivastava engages in fighting for Indians for a number of human rights issues, including Indian migrant workers ill treated in Saudi Arabia,[6][7][8] Violence_against_women|crime against women,[9][10] child abuse [11] and elder abuse.[12][13] Srivastava is also an ambassador for Postcards for Peace, a UK based charitable organisation that helps eliminate any form of discrimination.[14] He also exposed a conspiracy of alleged woman in the Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh beats up mother-in law, CCTV footage leads to her arrest.[15][16]

During the COVID-19 lockdown in India, Srivastava has adopted 10 poor families in (Vidhan Sabha constituency) and provides them 6 months food (ration) and later praised by the state government. He received the Veer Putra Samman award in the year 2017 for saving dignity and pride of senior citizens. The award was handed over by former chairperson of the National Human Rights Commission of India and former Chief Justice of India K. G. Balakrishnan.[17]
