Kumpaliya is a small village of 513 hectares in Baytoo Tehsil in Barmer district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Kumpaliya depends on BALOTRA, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, Two Wells supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Kumpaliya is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tap. Kumpaliya's pin code is 344032[4], and village code is 02118200. The area of Kumpaliya is segregated as 489.33 hectares unirrigated, remaining 23.39 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Kumpaliya has One post office (Kumpalia B.O). The village is connected with a single bus service. Kumpaliya has Two banks, One credit society and One agricultural credit society for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

Kumpaliya is a census village in the district of Barmer, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 814 and has total administration over 149 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.
