Kumhariya is a small village of 539 hectares in Malpura Tehsil in Tonk district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Kumhariya depends on Malpura, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 4.85% of the total supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Kumhariya is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Kumhariya's pin code is 304502[4], and village code is 02588700. The area of Kumhariya is segregated as 6.48 hectares irrigated area, 338.09 hectares unirrigated, the 141.84 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 52.57 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Kumhariya is a census village in the district of Tonk, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 910 and has total administration over 184 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Malpura and Tonk to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
