Kumhariya is a small village of 1716 hectares in Kishangarh Tehsil in Ajmer district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Kumhariya depends on Nasirabad, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 33.46% of the total supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Kumhariya is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Kumhariya's pin code is 305412[4], and village code is 02557700. The area of Kumhariya is segregated as 419.14 hectares irrigated area, 943.64 hectares unirrigated, the 261.61 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 87.17 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Kumhariya is a census village in the district of Ajmer, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 2124 and has total administration over 401 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Nasirabad and Ajmer to sell earthen pot and make their living.
