Kulhariya is a small village of 289 hectares in Karchhana Tehsil in Allahabad district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Kulhariya depends on KANDIYARA, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One Well supply and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tap. Kulhariya's pin code is 212301[4], and village code is 05535100. The area of Kulhariya is segregated as 225 hectares irrigated area, 60 hectares unirrigated area. the 4 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves).

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of KANDIYARA and Allahabad to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
