Kular Kheri is a small village of 435 hectares in Banswara Tehsil in Banswara district, also known as City of Hundred Islands in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Kular Kheri depends on Banswara, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, Two canals and Two springs. Kular Kheri is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Kular Kheri's pin code is 327001[4], and village code is 03445700. The area of Kular Kheri is segregated as 26 hectares irrigated area, 174 hectares unirrigated, the 28 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 207.14 hectare area not available for cultivation.
