Kuhara Bujurg is a small village of 2276 hectares in Todaraisingh Tehsil in Tonk district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Kuhara Bujurg depends on Kekri, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Kuhara Bujurg is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Kuhara Bujurg's pin code is 304502[4], and village code is 02646900. The area of Kuhara Bujurg is segregated as 46.13 hectares irrigated area, 1768.72 hectares unirrigated, the 307.86 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 153.34 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Kekri and Tonk to sell ghee and make their living.
