Kuchyawas is a small village of 242 hectares in Phulera (Hq.Sambhar) Tehsil in Jaipur district, also known as the Pink City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Kuchyawas depends on Jobner, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 187.83% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Kuchyawas is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Kuchyawas's pin code is 303603[4], and village code is 01501000. The area of Kuchyawas is segregated as 187.83 hectares irrigated area, 7.61 hectares unirrigated, the 38.82 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 7.7 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Kuchyawas is a census village in the district of Jaipur, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 628 and has total administration over 104 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.
