Kotri Tulsan is a small village of 897 hectares in Baran Tehsil in Baran district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Kotri Tulsan depends on Baran, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, One canal and Two springs. Kotri Tulsan is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Kotri Tulsan's pin code is 325222[4], and village code is 03877800. The area of Kotri Tulsan is segregated as 602 hectares irrigated area, 29 hectares unirrigated, the 153.65 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 112.05 hectare area not available for cultivation.
