Kotri Dhaylan is a small village of 1035 hectares in Sri Madhopur Tehsil in Sikar district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Kotri Dhaylan depends on Reengus, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 631.91% of the total supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Kotri Dhaylan is also surrounded by Two lakes. They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Reengus and Sikar to sell ghee and make their living.
