Kotri is a small village of 319 hectares in Gangapur Tehsil in Sawai Madhopur district, also known for Ranthambore National Park in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Kotri depends on GANGAPUR CITY, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 50.29% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Kotri is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Kotri's pin code is 322201[4], and village code is 01271900. The area of Kotri is segregated as 139.79 hectares irrigated area, 11.79 hectares unirrigated, the 9.83 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 27.04 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Kotri is a census village in the district of Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 681 and has total administration over 106 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of GANGAPUR CITY and Sawai Madhopur to sell wood furniture and make their living.
