Kotri is a small village of 77 hectares in Arnod Tehsil in Chittorgarh district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Kotri depends on Chittaurgarh, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, One tank, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Kotri is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Kotri's pin code is 312615[4], and village code is 03604900. The area of Kotri is segregated as 17 hectares irrigated area, 13.25 hectares unirrigated, the 40.08 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 6.86 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Chittaurgarh and Chittorgarh to sell furniture and make their living.
