Kot is a small village of 1122 hectares in Raipur Tehsil in Bhilwara district, also known as the Textile City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Kot depends on Gangapur, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Kot is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Kot's pin code is 311803[4], and village code is 02855000. The area of Kot is segregated as 49.11 hectares irrigated area, 182.01 hectares unirrigated, the 291.05 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 599.88 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Kot is a census village in the district of Bhilwara, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 2001 and has total administration over 440 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Gangapur and Bhilwara to sell ghee and make their living.
