Koonchyawas is a small village of 225 hectares in Phagi Tehsil in Jaipur district, also known as the Pink City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Koonchyawas depends on Bagru, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, which is 102.84% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Koonchyawas is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Koonchyawas's pin code is 303005[4], and village code is 01526800. The area of Koonchyawas is segregated as 137.09 hectares irrigated area, 55.81 hectares unirrigated, the 26.95 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 5.52 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Koonchyawas is a census village in the district of Jaipur, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 626 and has total administration over 86 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.
