Koojota is a small village of 616 hectares in Kotputli Tehsil in Jaipur district, also known as the Pink City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Koojota depends on Kotputli, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 309.00% of the total supply, One tank, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Koojota is also surrounded by Two lakes. They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Kotputli and Jaipur to sell earthen pot and make their living.
