Kolinda is a small village of 1108 hectares in Jhunjhunu Tehsil in Jhunjhunu district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Kolinda depends on Jhunjhunu, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, which is 381.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Kolinda is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Kolinda's pin code is 333001[4], and village code is 00675400. The area of Kolinda is segregated as 381 hectares irrigated area, 628 hectares unirrigated, the 77 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 22 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Kolinda is a census village in the district of Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 2397 and has total administration over 406 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Jhunjhunu to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
