Kodyai is a small village of 1758 hectares in Bonli Tehsil in Sawai Madhopur district, also known for Ranthambore National Park in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Kodyai depends on LALSOT, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 47.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, One canal and Two springs. Kodyai is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Kodyai's pin code is 322030[4], and village code is 01300000. The area of Kodyai is segregated as 324 hectares irrigated area, 1159 hectares unirrigated, the 128 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 147.24 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of LALSOT and Sawai Madhopur to sell ghee and make their living.
