Kjell Nilsson (born 2 September 1952) is a Swedish landscape architect and researcher. He has acted as Director of Nordregio, Head of the Department of Parks and Urban Landscape and Deputy Director at the Ministry of Environment (Denmark), and Senior Advisor (statskonsulent) at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences. From 2014 to 2019 he was affiliated professor of Green Space Planning and Management at the Faculty of Science, University of Copenhagen.
