Kithaiya is a small village of 272 hectares in Ramsanehighat Tehsil in Barabanki district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Kithaiya depends on Dariyabad (NP), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One Well supply, One tubewell and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Kithaiya's pin code is 225409[4], and village code is 05824900. The area of Kithaiya is segregated as 124 hectares irrigated area, 51 hectares unirrigated area.

Kithaiya has One post office (Kithaiya B.O). Kithaiya has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

The village has an uninterrupted 24 hours electric supply from a power grid.

Kithaiya is a census village in the district of Barabanki, Uttar Pradesh. The village has a total population of 1821 and has total administration over 311 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Dariyabad (NP) and Barabanki to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
