Kishori is a small village of 894 hectares in Thanagazi Tehsil in Alwar district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Kishori depends on VIRATNAGAR, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 8.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Kishori is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Kishori's pin code is 301022[4], and village code is 00888300. The area of Kishori is segregated as 198 hectares irrigated area, 391 hectares unirrigated, the 54 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 251 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Kishori is a census village in the district of Alwar, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 3429 and has total administration over 544 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of VIRATNAGAR and Alwar to sell stone statue and make their living.
