Kishnpura is a small village of 276 hectares in Kishangarh Tehsil in Ajmer district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Kishnpura depends on Kishangarh, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 14.59% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Kishnpura is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Kishnpura's pin code is 305022[4], and village code is 02484500. The area of Kishnpura is segregated as 41 hectares irrigated area, 77.12 hectares unirrigated, the 124.87 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 33.31 hectare area not available for cultivation.
