Kishanpura is a small village of 290 hectares in Asind Tehsil in Bhilwara district, also known as the Textile City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Kishanpura depends on Bhilwara, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 4.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Kishanpura is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Kishanpura's pin code is 311301[4], and village code is 02842700. The area of Kishanpura is segregated as 45 hectares irrigated area, 56 hectares unirrigated, the 140 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 49 hectare area not available for cultivation.
