Kimberly Tilsen-Brave Heart is an Native American (citizen of the Oglala Sioux Tribe) and Jewish businesswoman and chef from South Dakota.[1] She has helped launch over 187 small businesses across the United States, primarily on Native American reservations.[2]
As a chef, Tilsen-BraveHeart is the co-owner and executive chef of the Et-i-quette Catering Company,[3] which has been described as providing "a modern twist on traditional indigenous recipes".[4] Using indigenous American cuisine in her recipes, she focuses on sustainable food.[3]
