Kilauli is a small village of 92.43 hectares in Utraula Tehsil in Balrampur district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Kilauli depends on Utraula (MB), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, One tank, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. The area of Kilauli is segregated as 24.27 hectares irrigated area, 33.44 hectares unirrigated area. and remaining 1 hectare area not available for cultivation.
